02. Tell Us About Your Style
Next, share your fit preferences, daily lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences through our intuitive style quiz. Whether you are building a corporate capsule wardrobe or a collection of elevated weekend staples, your answers give your stylist the perfect starting point.
03. Step Into Your Private Wardrobe Portal
After submitting your style quiz you will receive an invitation in your inbox to unlock your secure web app portal. This private digital space is yours to serve as the home for your Digital Closet, your interactive lookbooks, and your monthly style bundles.
04. Meet Your Personal Stylist
We don't do automated customer service loops. Within a few hours of activating your portal, your dedicated stylist will message you. They will review your style notes, chat through immediate wardrobe gaps, and begin hand-selecting your very first collection.
Getting access to your Digital Closet
Shortly after joining Shop Lucky Club you will receive an email invitation to join our app. This is when the magic starts and you can start uploading items to your closet while your stylist starts working on your first curated style bundle.

Your digital closet is a personalized wardrobe hub designed to make getting dressed feel easier, more organized, and more intentional. It gives you one beautifully organized place to view your closet items, styled outfits, bundle pieces, and wardrobe recommendations together.
Beyond organization, your digital closet also acts as an ongoing styling and wardrobe resource. You’ll be able to see how your pieces work together in complete outfits, access personalized styling tips from your stylist, learn new ways to style items you already own, and reference fabric care guides designed to help your pieces last for years to come.

How do I use it?
Your First Style Bundle
After you submit your style quiz your stylist is immediately notified. Your stylist will then go through your style preferences and begin the process of curating your first bundle.

Tell us your focus: We build your bundle around what you need the most.
Thoughtful curation: Each piece is chosen to work together, creating a balanced, effortless collection that reflects your personal style.

A digital preview: You’ll receive a first look at your bundle in your profile on the app. This is a moment to see the curation and get excited about your new arrivals.
Simple adjustments: If a piece doesn’t feel quite right you can remove it from your preview directly in the app. We will replace any removed items with surprise new items when shipping out your bundle.

Styling at home: Take 5 days to see how these new favorites pair with your existing shoes, jewelry, and the staples you already love.
Keep only the best: Keep the items that feel essential to your wardrobe. For anything else, simply use the pre-paid label included in your box.

A meaningful refresh: Every shipment delivers a premium wardrobe edit featuring 8 to 10 items.
Desired labels: We hand-select pieces from contemporary designer labels such as Mother Denim, L'Agence, Veronica Beard, Toteme, and more that originally retail between $300 to $800 per item.

We specialize in Archival Luxury—we mostly source pre-loved items from premium labels (think $300–$400 retail quality) and restore them to like-new condition. Prefer to receive new items with tags attached? Simply add on as an optional upgrade.

Suggested Additions: Browse Suggested Items hand-selected to complete your outfits, featuring direct links to purchase any missing essentials like footwear or accessories.
Pro Styling Tips:Access look-specific, step-by-step guidance directly linked with the outfit—from mastering the perfect tuck or knotting a silk scarf to rolling sleeves and layering accessories to flawlessly frame a silhouette.

Stop buying clothes you don't need. Upload your current wardrobe to your SLC Digital Closet so your stylist can build new outfits with pieces you already own. We don't just add to your closet, we optimize it using our Shop Lucky Closet digital app.

Have a fashion emergency or need a quick opinion on an outfit? You have 24/7 access to your stylist via private chat. We are real humans who sleep, but we’re here to be your go-to person for any fashion question—from styling a last-minute flight look to finding the perfect shoe for a big meeting.

Your membership includes full access to our proprietary Fabric Care Library, a premium digital resource packed with specialized garment maintenance guides, stain removal techniques, and fabric preservation tricks to keep your wardrobe looking pristine for years to come.
