STEP BY STEP OF WHAT’S NEXT
After you sign up, we take it from there.
1. Text from your stylist
We’ll reach out via text to say hi and kick things off. This is your chance to share specifics about what you’re looking for (or definitely not looking for). You’ll also receive an email invite to access your digital closet.
2. Your stylist builds your bundle
Your personal stylist curates a bundle of 8–10 elevated secondhand pieces chosen just for you. Each item is selected based on your style, fit, and lifestyle preferences.
3. Preview before we ship
Within about a week of your initial consultation, you’ll receive a preview of your curated clothing bundle. You can remove anything you’re not interested in trying before your box ships.
4. Fast shipping to your door
Once your preview is finalized, we aim to ship your bundle within 48 hours. During this time, we also add outfit ideas to your bundle so you can see how to style your new pieces.
5. Try everything at home
You’ll have 5 days to try everything on in real life. Keep what you love and send back the rest using the prepaid return label included in your bundle.
6. Your digital closet grows
Items you keep are added to your digital closet and styled into future outfit suggestions, making each bundle smarter than the last.
7. Ongoing stylist support
You’ll have unlimited access to your stylist throughout the month. Message anytime for outfit help, styling advice, or questions about your wardrobe.
