What is the difference between The Club and The Concierge memberships?
The Club ($89/mo) is our standard tier, featuring an 8-item monthly custom bundle, 24/7 chat access to your dedicated stylist, and access to our digital tools.
The Concierge ($169/mo) is our ultimate, all-inclusive tier. It expands your monthly bundle to 10 items, gives you an extended 30-day return window, includes 12 additional on-demand outfit guides per year for special events, and features completely hands-free Digital Closet management (you text the photos, your stylist does the uploading). You also receive a physical Fabric Care Kit and a $150+ annual gift.
How does the "Try Before You Buy" process work?
Every month, your stylist curates a bundle based on your style profile. You will receive a digital preview to swap out items before they ship. Once your bundle arrives, you have a 5-day try-on period (extended to 30 days for Concierge) to test the pieces in the comfort of your home. You are only charged for the items you decide to keep.
Are there any styling or shipping fees?
No. Your monthly membership fee covers your dedicated stylist's manual curation, lookbook creation, and platform access. Shipping, item previews, and returns are always 100% free with our pre-paid return labels.

What is "Archival Luxury" and what condition are the clothes in?
We specialize in circular fashion, focusing on high-construction garments from premium contemporary labels (such as Theory, Vince, Jenni Kayne, and Anine Bing) that typically retail between $300 and $700. Our curation team meticulously inspects, cleans, and restores every pre-loved piece to a pristine, like-new condition before it ever enters your bundle.
Can I request brand-new items instead?
Yes. If you prefer to receive exclusively brand-new items with original retail tags attached, you can select our Exclusively New With Tags (NWT) optional upgrade in your dashboard. This upgrade is available for both The Club ($199/mo total) and The Concierge ($249/mo total) tiers.

How does the Digital Closet work?
Our digital app acts as a secure, private inventory of your wardrobe. By uploading photos of items you already own, your stylist can see exactly what is in your closet. When they curate your monthly Outfit Guide, they will build looks that seamlessly pair your brand-new bundle items with your existing clothes, maximizing your current wardrobe.
What is included in the Monthly Outfit Guide?
Your interactive lookbook includes complete head-to-toe styled outfits utilizing your new bundle, smart pairings showing you how to style them with your existing closet items, specific "Style Tips" (like how to master a French tuck or knot a silk scarf), and suggested accessories with direct links to purchase.
How "on-demand" is the 24/7 stylist chat?
We are real humans who sleep, but our private chat platform is monitored around the clock. Whether you have a last-minute fashion emergency, need a quick second opinion on an outfit before a big meeting, or need a flight look put together, you can message your stylist directly inside the app for priority support.
Returns, Cancellations, & Logistics
How do I send back the items I don't want to keep?
Every shipment includes a pre-paid return label. Place the items you aren't keeping back into your Shop Lucky Club box, attach the label, and drop it off.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Absolutely. We want your wardrobe to match your current lifestyle. You can easily pause, adjust your tier, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings with no hidden fees or commitments.
