  • Your $35 monthly fee covers shipping for both receiving your package and returning any unwanted items, personalized shopping by your stylist, curated outfit styling, and ongoing access to your stylist for any style questions or guidance throughout the month. This fee does not include the cost of the items you choose to keep.

  • Return label is included in your bundle. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.

  • Your stylist will reach out via text message. If you prefer a different method of communication, just let them know—they’ll be happy to connect with you in the way that works best for you!

  • Once you sign up, you and your stylist will have a style consultation where you will be asked a series of questions for your stylist to determine your unique style.

  • You will receive both a text and an email letting you know when your preview is ready. From there, you’ll access a personalized site where your preview and style guides will be available.

  • After 5 business days we will start the process of charging you for the cost of each of the items in your bundle. you will receive several notifications over text before you are charged. If you have any issues with delays in shipping, etc. Contact your stylist and they can extend your bundle.

  • Absolutely! Your stylist will reach out at the beginning of each month to inquire what type of items you would like to see in your next bundle.

  • All sizes! We shop specifically for your wants/ needs.

  • Our items typically range from $20-$700. We have a wide range that we can source based on your budget and quality standards. You’ll just let your stylist know what price range you are comfortable with and they will stick to that!

  • We only sell items that we feel are of the upmost quality. We carefully inspect items to ensure there are no stains, holes, or signs of wear.

  • Before your bundle is sent, you’ll create a profile on Stripe, which we’ll use to securely charge you for any items you choose to keep.

  • Yes, if the item is in the same condition as it was sent, there is a 30 day return policy.

  • Unfortunately most of the items in our inventory are one of one, so exchanges are typically not available.
